Tai Chi for Energy

The 10-week program features Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Energy, which combines two different styles. Sun style with its unique qigong and agile stepping, and Chen style that offers more complex combinations of fast and slow movement with powerful internal spiral force. The synergy of these two styles helps internal energy, improves balance and flexibility, decreases blood pressure and improved cognitive function. Take a break from your fast paced routine, relax and breathe deeply and see what Tai Chi can do for you.

Restart Nutrition Program

The RESTART Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from sugar and processed foods. This 5-week program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy, cut sugar cravings, and feel your best! You will achieve increased energy, decreased anxiety, more restful sleep, improved digestion, clarity, and focus.

This program comes with the RESTART cookbook, meal plans, and helpful materials!
