


Looking to move, stretch, strengthen, or just take a moment for yourself? Our fitness classes and programs offer an incredible range of styles—from cardio and strength training to yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, ballet, and more—so there’s something for every pace and preference.
We are excited to share that we will be offering some new wellness programming at the Holland Charter Township Community Center in 2026! Take a look below to see what all we will be offering!
This 9-week program will meet Tuesday mornings at 9am. We will learn a Tai Chi for Health program developed by Dr.Paul Lam. The class will also incorporate breath work and qi gong. The movements are slow and mindful working to gently stretch the joints and muscles of the entire body. Health benefits of Tai Chi can include improvements in balance, flexibility, and memory. Along with decreases in stress and blood pressure, Tai Chi has also been shown to help manage arthritis pain. Join us this summer to experience what Tai Chi can do fro you.
